"I have been in the fiduciary business since 2001. I love working with my clients and their families. Although many situations are the same with aging parents, no two families are alike. I find my work rewarding and I enjoy giving back to the most vulnerable members of our society."

Services

A&G Business Services specializes in professional fiduciary services for vulnerable adults who can no longer manage their own affairs due to incapacity. Key services include:

  • Guardianship (Guardian of the Person): Making personal decisions such as medical care, living arrangements, and daily welfare for the protected person (often called the "ward").
  • Conservatorship (Conservator of the Estate): Managing financial affairs, including assets, bills, income, investments, and estate matters when the individual lacks capacity (e.g., due to dementia, brain injury, severe illness, or other conditions).
  • Many cases involve both guardianship and conservatorship together.
  • Trust administration: Managing assets held in a trust for beneficiaries.
  • Estate administration / Probate: Acting as personal representative (executor or administrator) after death — gathering assets and distributing property.
  • Other fiduciary roles, such as trustee or representative in complex family situations.

We emphasize professional, impartial support — especially useful in cases with family conflicts — and compliance with court requirements.
